Michael T. Singer, DDS, FAAMP, FACP

Michael T. Singer, DDS, FAAMP, FACP, specializes in treating the full range of facial and oral pain disorders, as well as in the restoration of facial structures lost to cancer, trauma, or birth defects. Dr. Singer has more than 30 years of experience in providing prosthetic restoration to patients with complex temporomandibular disorders as well as those with a severely compromised dentition.

  • Diplomate of the American Board of Prosthodontics
  • Fellow of the American Academy of Maxillofacial Prosthetics

Education

Dr. Singer graduated from Northwestern University Dental School and the Walter Reed Army Medical Center prosthetic program. He completed a fellowship in Maxillofacial Prosthetics at the Naval Postgraduate Dental School program in Bethesda, Md. at the National Naval Medical Center and the University of Minnesota orofacial pain graduate program. Dr. Singer retired from the US Army Dental Corps with the rank of Colonel.

Clinical Instructor

Dr. Singer serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Prosthodontic Residency in University of Maryland Dental School, where he instructs residents in the very complex prosthodontic cases. Dr. Singer also lectures to dentists and doctors across the United States. He is a featured speaker for the American Academy of Pain Management.
